THERAPEUTIC & SUPPORT GROUPS
Group psychotherapy or group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which one or more therapists treat a small group of clients together as a group. Most groups meet one to two times a week. The call for cultural competence in mental health practice has been a frequent theme voiced by many for decades.
Our specialized groups foster an environment for healing and empowerment. We have peer support, psychologist, social worker and counselor facilitated groups to meet the most in demand needs of our community. The groups we have including but not limited to as following:
